The problem

Halden runs an after-hours nurse line with a voice agent handling triage before a nurse picks up. Every call started from zero: name, date of birth, medications, allergies.

What they built

The agent writes medications, allergies and recent symptoms to Plivel as the call happens. Allergies are pinned. On the next call, recall runs while the patient is still saying hello.

Results

Average call length fell 38% in the first month, and nurses now start with a two-line summary instead of a blank chart.

Patients used to repeat their medication list on every call. Now the agent reads it back to them and asks what changed.
